In this video, our fitness instructor goes through a series of great cardio exercises. This cardio workout is an excellent way to get your heart rate up, improve your overall fitness and endurance, and burn unwanted fat.

Warm-up

- Knee Crosses (30 sec)
- Trunk Twists
Cardio Blast
- Jogging on the Spot (1 min)
- Skipping (1 min)
- High Knees (1 min)
- Jumping Jacks (1 min)
- Squats (1 min)
We highly recommend going through the cardio workout routine 3 times to make it a 10 – 15 min workout.
