Lower Body Exercises
- Warm-up routine
- Hop Squats
- Lateral Squats (Sideways Squat)
- Reverse Lunges
- Reverse Lunge – Explosive Knee
- Hop Squat – Inner & Outer Thigh
- Hurdlers (Mountain Climbers)
All these exercises are done with 15 reps each.
