  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 large carrots
  • 1 apple with the core removed
  • 1 avocado with the pit and skin removed
  • Fresh ginger – just a small piece, the size of your finger tip
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with a basil leaf garnish.
