Classic Turkey Reuben Recipe

- 8 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
- ¼ Cup of Fat-free Thousand Island Dressing
- 8 oz. (225g) of Low Sodium Turkey Breast
- ½ Cup of Sauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
- 4 Slices of Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
- Olive Oil Cooking Spray
- Spread the Thousand Island Dressing on one side of each slice of bread
- Stack the sandwiches with turkey, sauerkraut and cheese
- Spray a large pan with olive oil spray and cook 2 sandwiches over medium heat for 4 minutes per side
- Make sure the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted
- Serve hot
