An easy Apricot Smoothie recipe, packed with all the goodness of apricots, bananas, lemon juice, yogurt and honey...

Serves: 4
  • 1 x 13 or 14 ounce (368g – 400g) can of apricot halves, drained
  • 1 x 12 ounce (340g) can apricot nectar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 8 ounces (227g) of plain yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice
  1. Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Place in a freezer and chill for 5 minutes
  3. Serve and enjoy!
