Apricot Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 4
- 1 x 13 or 14 ounce (368g – 400g) can of apricot halves, drained
- 1 x 12 ounce (340g) can apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 8 ounces (227g) of plain yogurt
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice
- Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Place in a freezer and chill for 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
