Pinto Bean Dip Recipe

Serves: 25-30 Servings
- 2 x 15 ounce (ca 425g) cans of pinto beans, drained
- 8 slices of canned jalapenos and 2 tablespoons of juice
- ½ teaspoon of paprika
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender on high speed until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve with baked tortilla chips or on chalupas with lettuce, tomatoes and low fat cheese.
