Chocolate & Peanut Butter Shake with Cottage Cheese

- 1 cup of chocolate milk
- ½ cup of cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp of natural omega-3 peanut butter
- 2 cups of ice
- Add the chocolate milk, peanut butter and cottage cheese in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute
- Add the ice and continue to blend on high for another 1-2 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
