  • ⅓ cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
  • 2 tbsp of flax seeds
  • ½ ounce (ca. 15g) almonds
  • ½ ounce (ca. 15g) walnuts
  • 1½ cups of ice
  • ¼ cup of water
  1. Combine all ingredients except the water and blend on high for 2 minutes
  2. Next, add the water and blend on high for 1 minute
