  • 2 cups of oats
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • ½ cup of crushed walnut
  • 4 tbsp of whole flax seed
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of sugar free maple syrup
  1. Add all the ingredients except the vanilla extract into a bowl, and mix until it blends.
  2. You might think it needs more liquid, but it won't. Just keep mixing.
  3. Next add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  4. Once mixed, separate into 8 equal individual pieces and form bars.
  5. Place all bars on a baking sheet that has been coated with coconut oil and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 8 minutes.
