Granola Bar Recipe

- 2 cups of oats
- ½ cup of raisins
- ½ cup of crushed walnut
- 4 tbsp of whole flax seed
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of sugar free maple syrup
- Add all the ingredients except the vanilla extract into a bowl, and mix until it blends.
- You might think it needs more liquid, but it won't. Just keep mixing.
- Next add the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Once mixed, separate into 8 equal individual pieces and form bars.
- Place all bars on a baking sheet that has been coated with coconut oil and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 8 minutes.
