Basic Fruit Smoothie Recipe
A delicious and very healthy basic fruit smoothie recipe, with strawberries, bananas and yoghurt, which you to make and home.

Serves: 1
  • 4 cups of low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 2 cups of orange juice
  1. If you are using fresh strawberries, freeze the strawberries the day before
  2. Place ½ of each of the ingredients into a blender
  3. Blend on high for 30 minutes
  4. Place the other half of the ingredients in the blender and repeat the process
  5. Serve immediately
