Key Points
Try and stay light on your feet, so as not to jar or strain your joints unnecessarily. Keep your upper body upright and tall, which will keep your lungs wide open, and help your breathing.
You can also speed up from a jog to a light run near the end if you like. If you want to take this exercise from a warm-up to a more intensive workout, try doing high knees for 1 minute.
