In this video, our fitness instructor demonstrates skipping as a warm-up exercise. You don’t even have to have a skipping rope or jump rope to skip, you can just pretend you have one, and do the arm movements.

It’s important to skip lightly and bend your knees to absorb the shock with your muscles, so as not to strain your joints.
