Video: Leg Curls Using a Stability Ball
This is a great “easy to do at home” exercise that targets your hamstrings, glutes (butt) and calf muscles. It also helps build your posterior chain and develops your core strength.

Try doing 2 sets of 10 – 15 leg curls using the stability ball to start with, and increase your number of repetitions and sets as you get stronger.
