Superman or Superwoman Hold Exercise

In the video above, our fitness instructor demonstrates how to do the Superman or Superwoman exercise. This isometric hold exercise works your shoulders, stomach, hips, lower back and glutes.

Beginners can start off doing short repetitions, while those who are more advanced should hold the superman or superwoman for about 30 seconds at a time.
