In this short video our fitness instructor and fitness model demonstrate how to do the forward stepping lunge. This is a great exercise for your lower body, especially your legs.

Do ten repetitions on each leg, and keep your core muscles activated. For a more advanced forward stepping lunge, take weights in your hands, which will increase the resistance.
