Video: Dynamic Upper Body Exercises
In this video, our fitness instructor demonstrates a number of dynamic upper body exercises that involve a lot of explosive movement and are great for working your core. This upper body workout is a great home workout that requires no equipment and very little space.
The workout video includes the following exercises:
- Straight-arm plank with rotation (10 reps either side)
- Plank with sideways movement (30sec)
- Push-ups with sideways movement (30sec)
- Air boxing (30sec either side)
- Wood Chopping (30sec either side)
