  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup of frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup of plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • ¼ cup of water
  1. Combine the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and ice into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high until creamy
  3. Serve and enjoy!
