A delicious Melon Smoothie recipe, with all the goodness of fresh watermelon, banana and fat free yoghurt, blended into a refreshing drink full of vitamins and minerals.

Serves: 12 oz
  • 3 cups of watermelon chunks
  • 1 small banana, chopped
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1½ cups fat free vanilla yogurt
  1. Place the watermelon chunks, chopped banana, ice and yogurt in a blender
  2. Blend until desired smoothness
