Cucumber Salad with Oregano

Cucumbers originated in India, and have been cultivated for at least 3 000 years. They are most commonly used in salads, such as this delicious Cucumber Salad with Oregano Recipe.

Recipe
- 2 large cucumbers
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- A dash of fresh oregano
- A dash of fresh parsley
- Wash and peel the cucumbers
- Cut the cucumber into 1 inch (2.5cm) slices
- Cut the tomato's into 4 quarters
- Toss in a bowl and add the olive oil, fresh oregano, and fresh parsley
- Chill before serving for best flavour
