Ingredients
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • A dash of fresh oregano
  • A dash of fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers
  2. Cut the cucumber into 1 inch (2.5cm) slices
  3. Cut the tomato's into 4 quarters
  4. Toss in a bowl and add the olive oil, fresh oregano, and fresh parsley
  5. Chill before serving for best flavour
