Chocolate & Peanut Butter Shake with Cottage Cheese

A delicious chocolate and peanut butter milkshake with cottage chease...
Recipe type: Milkshake
Serves: 1
  • 1 cup of chocolate milk
  • ½ cup of cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp of natural omega-3 peanut butter
  • 2 cups of ice
  1. Add the chocolate milk, peanut butter and cottage cheese in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute
  2. Add the ice and continue to blend on high for another 1-2 minutes
  3. Serve and enjoy!
