Here’s a delicious way to cram all the goodness of nuts, flax seeds and whey protein into one super powered healthy nut shake. This easy nut shake recipe will be sure to keep you powered throughout your training session, or recharge you afterwards.
- ⅓ cup of cottage cheese
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
- 2 tbsp of flax seeds
- ½ ounce (ca. 15g) almonds
- ½ ounce (ca. 15g) walnuts
- 1½ cups of ice
- ¼ cup of water
- Combine all ingredients except the water and blend on high for 2 minutes
- Next, add the water and blend on high for 1 minute
